SHIPPING POLICY

At Wyn Aviation Photography, we are committed to delivering high-quality aviation prints and merchandise to our customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • We use Printful as our third-party fulfillment partner to print, package, and ship all orders.

  • Each product is made-to-order to reduce overproduction and support sustainability.

  • Order processing times may vary depending on the item, but most orders are fulfilled within 2-7 business days before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated delivery times after order fulfillment:

 

  • Destination    Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States    5-10 business days

  • Canada    7-14 business days

  • Europe    7-15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand    10-20 business days

  • Rest of the World    10-30 business days
     

🔹 Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • Printful partners with a variety of trusted carriers, including:
    ✔ USPS
    ✔ FedEx
    ✔ DHL
    ✔ Local postal services (for international shipments)

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information or contact us at support@wynaviation.photography.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Wyn Aviation Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If you experience issues with delivery, please first check with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  • If a package is lost in transit and the tracking information shows no updates for more than 15 business days, contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

✔ Items that arrive damaged or defective
✔ Incorrect items received due to a fulfillment error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at support@wynaviation.photography.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are sent to Printful for production.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

9. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • Customs Fees & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the purchase price.

  • If an order is rejected by customs or returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide a refund.
