REFUND POLICY

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Wyn Aviation Photography, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since all our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful, we have a no-return, no-refund policy except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds or Returns on Made-to-Order Items

All products are custom-made as soon as an order is placed, meaning we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:


✔ Wrong size ordered
✔ Change of mind
✔ Buyer’s remorse

🔹 Please double-check your order details before placing it.

2. Refund Eligibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:


✔ The product arrived damaged or defective
✔ The item received is incorrect due to a fulfillment error

🔹 To request a refund or replacement:
📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Contact Email] with:


1️⃣ Your order number
2️⃣ Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
3️⃣ A brief description of the issue

 

Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are sent to Printful for production.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@wynaviation.photography.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Wyn Aviation Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order appears lost in transit, please first check your tracking details. If your package shows no updates for 15+ business days, contact us for assistance.

6. International Orders & Customs Fees

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These are not refundable if an order is rejected by customs or returned due to unpaid fees.
